I have been on the Lose It for Life program about 11 week now and honestly do feel I am on a diet. I have lost 13 pounds and since Jan 1, 2008 have walked over 500 miles. Making gradual changes I can continue for a lifetime is really working for me. I don't feel as though I am in this by myself for the first time in my life.I have never felt more joy, peace and happiness than I do right now. Tell those over 65 there is a whole world of movement and REAL LIFE out there for them as well.
